NOTIFICATION OF  BLASTING

Description of work to be done:  Blasting – 2566 Wentwich Road

Estimated duration of  project:    Commencing June 09, 2022 for two months

Hours of Blasting:                               Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

(No blasting on Saturdays, Sundays or Statutory Holidays)

The blast locations have proper blasting signage at all appropriate locations surrounding the sites.

For each blast, there will be the following blast signals:

1. Before the blast, 12 blasts of a horn
2. A 20 second pause
3. Blast detonated
4. A one 5 second whistle indicated that area is all clear
5. Blasting mats will cover all blasts
6. Seismographs will be used to monitor vibration
