Description of work to be done:   Blasting at City Gate Project at McCallum Road

Estimated duration of  project:     Commencing Monday, June 12, 2023 for approximately 6  months

Hours of Blasting:                                 Taking place Monday to Thursday 8:30AM to 4:00PM and, Fridays between 8:30AM to 3:00PM

For each blast, there will be the following blast signals:

1. Before the blast, give 12 short whistle signals at one second intervals
2. Followed by a 20 second pause
3. Blast will be detonated
4. After area is cleared by blaster, give all clear: One ten second horn signal
5. Blasting mats will cover all blasts
6. Seismographs will be used to monitor vibrations
