What:          Continued BC Hydro Utility Duct Bank work UPDATE– Single-lane alternating traffic Â
Please be advised that from Monday, June 10, 2024, to approximately Monday, July 1, 2024, from 7:00AM to 5:00PM, traffic will continue to be intermittently reduced to single-lane alternating to accommodate BC Hydro duct bank utility installation on McCallum Road.
This section is part of a much larger BC Hydro utility upgrade that continues East as far as Whirlaway Crescent. The project is being constructed in sections to best manage traffic. An updated traffic advisory will be issued regularly as the project progresses.
Traffic control personnel will be on-site during working hours to facilitate vehicle and pedestrian access to local businesses in the affected area. Please follow signage and Traffic Control Personnel directions during construction. Motorists should expect and should plan for longer commuting times. We apologize for the inconvenience.
