Tectoria is a brand name, created by VIATEC (Victoria Innovation, Advanced Technology and Entrepreneurship Council) to emphasize the significance of the technology industry in the Capital Region. Established in 1989, VIATEC’s mission is to serve as the one-stop hub that connects people, knowledge and resources to grow and promote the Region’s technology sector, which is the biggest industry in the area.

In the Capital Region, the average salary is C$49,381. The most popular occupations are Operations Manager, Software Developer, and Human Resources (HR) Manager which pay between C$59,111 and C$63,924 per year.
