Tectoria is a brand name, created by VIATEC (Victoria Innovation, Advanced Technology and Entrepreneurship Council) to emphasize the significance of the technology industry in the Capital Region. Established in 1989, VIATEC’s mission is to serve as the one-stop hub that connects people, knowledge and resources to grow and promote the Region’s technology sector, which is the biggest industry in the area.


Through the active recruitment of skilled immigrants from around the world, BC welcomes approximately 20,000 skilled workers every year, enriching the talent pool, international networks, cultural diversity and multi-lingual capabilities.
