OUR VANCOUVER ISLAND FESTIVAL DELIVERS A UNIQUE BLEND OF COOKING TECHNIQUES, FOOD PHILOSOPHIES, AND ISLAND-GROWN INGREDIENTS TO CREATE A MEANINGFUL AND MEMORABLE CULINARY EVENT.
Brewery & The Beast takes place on the traditional territories of the lək̓ʷəŋən-speaking Peoples — the Songhees and Esquimalt First Nations — and Sc’ianew (Beecher Bay) ancestors and families. We recognize, with gratitude, how fortunate we are to live, work and play on lands that Indigenous nations have called home since time immemorial.
