Free Comic Book Day is the annual day in which comic book stores have special comics for free from a variety of publishers and genres with titles to interest all ages. It’s a great day for families to enjoy some new reading material and visit their local comic book hobby venue. It is always held on the first Saturday of May to kick off the summer’s comic releases and story events.

All three of Curious Comics’ locations in Victoria, Langford and Nanaimo will be proudly participating this year on May 6th, 2023. Our Nanaimo location combines Free Comic Book Day with their own annual convention, Curious ComicCon, to celebrate comic and pop culture.
