The City of Langford provides access to property records while protecting the privacy of property owners.
To make a property information request, email . If you are requesting property information on behalf of a property owner, submit the Consent to Release Property Information Form along with your request. Please note that a realtor contract will not be accepted as authority for agents to view files.
We process property requests as soon as possible, and in the order that they are received. Most property requests will be completed within two business days, once we have received complete information.
Release of records is subject to the BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the BC Strata Property Act, and the Canadian Copyright Act. There is no guarantee that the City will have specific records on file for all properties, and the City does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided.
