Fairway Market – is a locally owned and operated grocery chain on Vancouver Island. Fairway Market’s has 10 grocery stores and has been serving Vancouver Island for over 58 years.

Position Summary – We are looking for focused and dynamic team players to fill an opening in our departments. Fairway Market is looking for someone who is pro active with innovative new ideas to help develop a successful department for the company.

*Produce clerk (flexible day shifts and one weekend day)

*Observe all store rules and Company Policies.
*Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance at all times and observe Company dress code.
*Follow approved procedures for receiving, code dating, trimming, storing, price marking, and restocking products to ensure quality protection, accuracy and product rotation.
*Handle damaged and spoiled products according to company policy and assist in controlling the level of damaged goods.
*Comply fully with all Safety Policies and Procedures.
*Perform other duties and assignments as directed.
*Greet all customers and provide them with prompt and highly friendly, courteous service or assistance.

Compensation increase is base on experience
