We are looking for a Jr. Sous Chef who is dynamic, creative, passionate, positive attitude, self-motivated and reliable to join our team at House of Boateng Cafe & Catering.

Good communication, interpersonal skills and highly organized.
Job Description (not limited to):
1) Planning the menu and preparing food items, which includes specialty or seasonal offerings
2) Estimating needed supplies and completing orders accordingly
3) Coordinating the work flow and schedules of other kitchen staff members
4) Training staff and introducing new cooking practices to the team
5) Preparing and cooking offered dishes
6) Guide the staff to ensure that all food preparation protocols are respected.
Sous Chef experience requirements
The Sous Chef must have several years of supervisor experience in a professional kitchens and commercial food preparation.
