Position: Catering Cook

Wage: Fulltime position at $19.00 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience

Duration: Indeterminate

Reports to: Chef Castro Boateng

 
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist in food preparation for pantry
• Responsible for helping with Catering prep
• Responsible for going to catering events
• Help organize the fridge & freezer
• The ability to organize weekly prep list
• This position will focus on maintaining stocks, rotating stocks & help with all orders including groceries

 
Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent time management and communications skills
• 2-3 years experience working in kitchens
• Ability to follow recipes
• Team player
• Line cooking experience
• Prep cooking experience

 
Commitment: Employer requires a minimum 1½ year in current role to be promoted to line cook
