Commission based. Busy shop with lots of walk by traffic in well established shop in downtown Langford.

We are seeking a skilled Barber/Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to upsell salon products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hair cutting and styling services to clients
• Offer consultations to determine clients’ needs and preferences
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize workstations and tools
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Handle front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
• Assist in retail sales of hair care products

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist
• Proficiency in a variety of hair styling techniques
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to upsell salon products and services
• Knowledge of front desk operations in a salon setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
