We are currently seeking an experienced server to join our bustling food and beverage team at Callisto. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, anticipating their needs, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive serving experience in upscale restaurants, possess a valid Serving it Right certification, and have received training in hospitality or food and beverage.
Callisto Casual Dining is located on the mountain in the picturesque Westin Bear Mountain Resort & Spa, situated in Langford, BC. Our establishment features a contemporary, luxurious interior and serves handcrafted cocktails and exquisite Pacific Northwest cuisine. Whether you’re looking to savour the tranquil views on our indoor terrace or soak up the atmosphere for your next event, Callisto Casual Dining is the perfect spot to see and be seen.

• Taking customers’ food and drink orders accurately and with a positive and friendly manner.
• Ensuring that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner.
• Suggesting appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials.
• Confirming orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested.
• Issuing accurate bills and accepting customer payment
