YMCA-YWCA Westhills: Children and Youth Recreational Program Staff
Are you looking for a fun and rewarding job that allows you to make a positive impact in your community? The Westhills YMCA-YWCA in Langford, BC is looking for Children and Youth Recreational Program Staff to join our team!
As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality recreational programs and services to our members and participants, including children ages 0-12. You’ll have the opportunity to lead activities such as PlayCare, family activities, active games, creative programs, sports programs, and Y Move – a Physical Literacy program that helps children develop fundamental movement skills.
Not only will you get to have fun while working, but you’ll also receive an individual YMCA-YWCA membership! Plus, you’ll be making $18.25/hour.
We are looking for someone who has experience working with children in the target age group, as well as someone who is reliable, dependable, and can communicate effectively with children and parents. You must also have a current Standard First Aid and CPR C certification, and a clear Police/RCMP Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
