Our Capital Projects for 2025 include the following projects,

• Sooke Road sewer main extension to Delem Drive
• Delem Drive Pump Station construction
• Country Terrace Pump Station Upgrade
• Irwin Road Pump Station construction

A new traffic signal is set to be constructed at the intersection of Leigh Road and Dunford Avenue this year. This project will include sidewalks, scalloped parking stalls, a signalized crosswalk across Leigh Road, drainage improvements, and streetlighting upgrades.

Construction on Latoria this year will bring major improvements to the active transportation network between Triangle Trail and 774 Latoria Road (just east of Klahanie Drive). This project includes adding protected bike lanes on both sides of the road, a separated sidewalk, new bus stop locations, and more. 

This project is partially funded by the Provincial Government’s Active Transportation Infrastructure Grant program.
