Our COVID-19 Regulations
We want our guests and donors to feel safe in every interaction they have with us, so we have taken extra precautions in accordance with health and safety guidelines to help ensure the well-being of our communities and staff. Our paramount priority is the safety, health, and well-being of our dedicated employees, guests, and donors, and we are very much looking forward to welcoming you back as we safely re-open.
In addition to our regular health and safety protocols, here is what we are doing to keep you safe while shopping and donating with us in the months ahead:
• Using a single point of entry and exit and limiting the number of people allowed in the store at one time
• Wiping down trolleys before and after each use
• Wiping down pin pads after each use
• Closing all fitting rooms and washrooms
• Regular and ongoing sanitization of the store
• Ensuring use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) by all staff
• Using plexiglass barriers at checkout
• Allowing exchanges of clothing only
• Removing merchandise displays to ensure proper spacing for physical distancing
• Following a strict quarantine protocol for all donations and exchanged items,
• And temporarily not accepting large furniture donations or non-perishable food items
