Description of work to be done:  Drilling and Blasting at 2961 Sooke Road

Estimated duration of  project:    Commencing Monday, October 30, 2023 for approximately 3 months.

Hours of Blasting:                                Hours of Operation from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to  Friday.

(No blasting on Saturdays, Sundays or Statutory Holidays)

For each blast, there will be the following blast signals:

1. Before the blast, give 12 short whistle signals at one second intervals
2. Wait 2 minutes
3. Blast detonated
4. After area is cleared by blaster, give all clear: One ten second horn signal
5. Blasting mats will cover all blasts
6. Seismographs will be used to monitor vibrations
