The holder of a Soil Deposit and Removal Permit may use remove soil from or deposit soil on any land within the City. See Bylaw 1800 for exemptions for the permit. The plans submitted with the completed application shall consist of, but is not limited to:
- Site Map
- Parking Management Plan
- Proposed routes
- Engineers Certification
- Proof of liability insurance not less than $5,000,000, with the City of Langford as additionally insured.
- Fee: Based on soil volume and classification, and a roadway damage deposit may be required.
