Rugby Canada
Langford is proud to be the home of Rugby Canada. Training year-round on Vancouver Island, Rugby Canada’s international teams have achieved unprecedented success in recent years. Canada’s senior women claimed a bronze medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics while also acting as perennial contenders at every stop of the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series cup title at the 2017 Singapore Sevens. Langford’s Starlight Stadium has played host of several international test matches through the America Rugby Championship while also hosting the annual HSBC Canada Women’s Sevens. The inspiring young athletes of Rugby Canada bring many exciting benefits to our community including world class coaching and training that provides mentorship to local Vancouver Island rugby clubs.

Pacific FC
A division of the Canadian Premier League, Pacific Football Club is Vancouver Island’s only professional men’s soccer club. With a dedicated fan base filling the stands, game days at Starlight Stadium are always full of excitement. Named after the Pacific Ocean, Pacific FC travels across Canada to contend against other Canadian Premier League teams.
Westshore Rebels
The Westshore Rebels are part of the British Columbia Football Conference of the Canadian Junior Football League (CJFL). Game days at Langford’s Starlight Stadium are the place to be with the Rebels always playing to a sell-out crowd! The team is also very community oriented and strives to give back wherever possible. Rebels players are often seen volunteering at local events and mentoring younger athletes in the community.

The Junior A Victoria Grizzlies ice hockey team are a part of the Island Division of the British Columbia Hockey League. They play out of the Q Centre arena at West Shore Parks and Recreation.

The Victoria Shamrocks are a Senior A box lacrosse team that compete in the Western Lacrosse Association. They play their home games out of the Q Centre arena at West Shore Parks and Recreation.

Westshore Wolves
The Westshore Wolves are a proud member of the Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League (VIJHL). The Wolves play out of the Q Centre at West Shore Parks and Recreation, which is a premier facility that holds 2,300 seats and is also home to the Victoria Grizzlies and Victoria Shamrocks.
