The Nomination Period for the City of Langford 2026 General Local Election is now closed.

Below are redacted copies of the nomination packages for the candidates. The full nomination packages including financial disclosure statements may be viewed in person at City Hall Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

Please note, the list of candidates is not final until 4:00 pm on September 18, 2026 and therefore subject to change.

Section 89(9) of the Local Government Act states that “A person who inspects or otherwise accesses nomination documents under this section must not use the information included in them except for the purposes of this Act or purposes authorized by section 63 [restrictions on use of personal information] of the Local Elections Campaign Financing Act.
