Effective on Thursday, July 16 2026, at 12 p.m. (noon), all open fires, including campfires, are banned across the Coastal Fire Centre. All permits are suspended and no new permits will be issued until further notice. Portable campfire apparatus that uses gaseous fuels such as propane are still permitted as long as they are CSA or ULC approved and the flame height is less than 15cm.

What: Traffic Delay – Culvert Replacement

Please be advised that on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 to Friday, October 21, 2022 from 7:30AM to 3:30PM, culvert replacement will occur at the intersection of Klahanie Drive and Gwendolyn Drive. Traffic will be reduced to single lane alternating throughout the day.
