Callisto is currently seeking to hire a skilled restaurant manager to oversee our busy food and beverage team. As the restaurant manager, your primary responsibility would be to provide exceptional leadership to your team of servers and hosts, while also anticipating the needs of our guests. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at training and mentoring staff. To be considered for this position, you should have significant management experience in high-end restaurants, with a valid Serving it Right certification, as well as formal hospitality or food and beverage training.
The Westin Bear Mountain Resort & Spa is situated at the top of the Bear Mountain Resort in Langford and can be easily accessed through the bus route. We provide free on-site parking for all employees who have their own vehicles.
