What You’ll Be Doing
● Work across pantry and prep, supporting daily service execution
● Be part of our catering team (prep, pack, and execute off-site events)
● Own and manage your station: maintain stock levels, rotation, and organization
● Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready to operate at all times
● Contribute to weekly prep planning and team flow
What You Bring:
● 2–3 years of kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment
● Strong prep and line cooking skills in a commercial kitchen
● Confidence following recipes and executing consistently
● Excellent time management and communication skills
● Strong attention to detail
● A team-first mindset with a strong positive work ethic

The Opportunity
This is a long-term position with room to grow. We’re looking for someone ready to commit, develop, and move forward with us. A minimum of one year commitment is required before advancement. We continue to invest in our team members but they have to reciprocate their investment in us.
