Job Summary:

As a Heating Specialist, you will help drive Avalanche Heat Pumps growth by generating high-quality leads from homeowners who need HVAC services. You will be the key player in connecting our team with potential customers, setting appointments, and setting the stage for successful sales. Your efforts will directly contribute to making homes more comfortable and energy-efficient across British Columbia.

Responsibilities:

Door-to-Door: Prospect your own leads.
Team Player: Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative efforts to stay updated on HVAC technology and best practices.
Requirements:

Confident Communicator: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage homeowners and spark interest.
Driven and Self-Motivated: A go-getter with a results-driven attitude and a strong work ethic.
Sales Experience: Background in direct sales, outbound sales, or related fields (HVAC experience is a plus, but not required).
Work Availability: Ability to commit to 40 hours per week.
