Volunteer Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and respectful manner
• Help customers locate items and process purchases
• Assist with sorting, tagging, and hanging donated clothing and goods for sale
• Support stock rotation and restocking of items on shelves and racks
• Maintain store presentation by straightening clothing, dusting, and tidying displays
• Follow health and safety protocols and contribute to a welcoming environment for all
• Optional cashier training available
• Support other store operations as needed

Victoria Women in Need Community Cooperative (WIN) is a non-profit community service cooperative that provides programs to support women, trans, non-binary, and Two-Spirit people along their journey between crisis, self-sufficiency, and wellness. We operate six resale shop locations and an online shop to fund our programs and operations.
