Notification of Blasting

Blasting will take place commencing, Wednesday November 17, 2021

For approximately 6  months

Hours of operation are from 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

The following blasting signals shall be used:

Blasting signs will be posted near and at the entrance to the site.  Warning signals will be given as follows:

• 12 Short whistles
• Followed by a 2-minute pause
• Blast will be detonated
• A long whistle indicates all is clear
• Blasting mats will cover all blasts
• Seismographs will be used to monitor vibration
