Community Safety Survey on Now. Some Residents May Receive a Call.

The City of Langford has partnered with EKOS Research Associates, a third-party survey company, to conduct a Community Safety Survey. The survey will help the City better understand how safe residents feel in their neighbourhoods, parks, and public spaces, and to learn more about any experiences or concerns residents may have.

Beginning this week, residents may receive a phone call, either on a landline or mobile phone, inviting them to participate.

For every completed survey, the City will donate $5 to the Goldstream Food Bank.

If you get a call from EKOS, we encourage you to take part.

What: Traffic Delay – Pothole Patching

Please be advised that works have been extended to Friday, April 4, 2025, from 7:30AM to 4:30PM, Finlayson Arm Road will be single lane alternating traffic with 15-minute delays in various areas to accommodate pothole patching in the road right of way.

Traffic control will be on-site directing traffic. Delays may be expected, motorists please be aware. We apologize for the inconvenience.
