Effective on Thursday, July 16 2026, at 12 p.m. (noon), all open fires, including campfires, are banned across the Coastal Fire Centre. All permits are suspended and no new permits will be issued until further notice. Portable campfire apparatus that uses gaseous fuels such as propane are still permitted as long as they are CSA or ULC approved and the flame height is less than 15cm.

What: Traffic Delay – Lane Closure

Please be advised that on Tuesday, June 20 and Wednesday, June 21, 2023, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, at McCallum Road and Gateway Road will be single lane alternating traffic to accommodate power washing at 790 McCallum Road in the road right of way.

Traffic control will be on-site directing traffic. Delays may be expected, motorists please be aware. We apologize for the inconvenience.
