Effective on Thursday, July 16 2026, at 12 p.m. (noon), all open fires, including campfires, are banned across the Coastal Fire Centre. All permits are suspended and no new permits will be issued until further notice. Portable campfire apparatus that uses gaseous fuels such as propane are still permitted as long as they are CSA or ULC approved and the flame height is less than 15cm.

Please be advised that on Monday, May 5, 2025, from 11:00AM to 1:00PM, Tuesday, May 6, 2025, from 8:00AM to 10:00AM, and Friday, May 9, from 8:00am to 10:00am, Revilo Place will have a single lane closed on the South side of Revilo Place to complete foundation concrete pouring.

Traffic control will be on-site directing traffic. Delays may be expected, motorists please be aware. We apologize for the inconvenience.
