Campfire Ban in Effect - July 16, 2026

Effective on Thursday, July 16 2026, at 12 p.m. (noon), all open fires, including campfires, are banned across the Coastal Fire Centre. All permits are suspended and no new permits will be issued until further notice. Portable campfire apparatus that uses gaseous fuels such as propane are still permitted as long as they are CSA or ULC approved and the flame height is less than 15cm.

Bubbles & Ballads — A Singalong Brunch Party!
We’re back Saturday September 12th!
 
No stage fright here! The whole room is the stage for this event! Don your sunglasses and your microphone and you are ready to be Langford’s next big pop star! Full brunch menu in effect, eat your eggs, sip your favourite cocktails, throw back some mimosas all before nap time! All ages welcome for this event, minors must be accompanied by a singing guardian.
 
Dress to impress! Pop star attire is encouraged!

Seating 10am-12pm (take your time arriving, have some drinks) Emporia opens at 10am for brunch.
 
Singing 12pm-2pm (sing your heart out!)
 
Book a reservation for 11am (or earlier) to reserve your table! Note “brunch party” in the “what are you celebrating” comment box!
