Allterra Construction Ltd.: Administrative Assistant
Our busy civil construction company is seeking an organized administrative assistance to support our staff with clerical and administrative tasks. You’ll handle a variety of tasks by supporting the finance and operations staff and provide back-up in front-of-house operations as required.
Job duties include development and/or maintenance of tracking sheets, general administrative duties including scanning, photocopying and filing as well as other projects assigned by Management.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, be organized and must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license as they will be required to travel to project sites from time-to-time.
