At Driftwood Sport & Wellness, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We’re looking for a passionate, patient-focused Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Colwood (Royal Bay) and Langford, BC.

What You’ll Do

As a Registered Massage Therapist at Driftwood, you’ll:

Provide individualized, evidence-informed massage therapy treatments tailored to each patient’s goals and needs.
Assess, treat, and develop personalized treatment plans for a wide variety of conditions, including sports injuries, chronic pain, postural dysfunction, and everyday aches and pains.
Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, stretching, and home care to support long-term results.
Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care.
Maintain accurate and professional clinical documentation in accordance with CCHPBC standards.
Create a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and empowered throughout their recovery.

Registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC).
Passionate about helping people improve their health, movement, and quality of life.
An excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with patients.

Motivated, organized, and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience.
