Each day/shift the employee will be Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes
and foods. They will help in assisting to plan menus, as well as determining the size of food
portions. Part of their daily duties will include estimating food requirements and costs, and
monitoring and ordering supplies as needed. They will also inspect kitchens and food service areas
making sure it’s up to Alberta health and safety guidelines to top-notch standards as well as
clean the kitchen and work areas.
