Scansa Construction Ltd. is currently looking to hire Class 1 tandem truck drivers. All applicants must demonstrate the following:

• Class 1 license and clean driver’s abstract.
• Prior Class 1 experience hauling two and three axle pup trailers; experience hauling four axle end-dump trailer configurations considered an asset.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical, safety and emergency equipment is in good working order.
• Must demonstrate understanding and comply with applicable legislations, such as speed limits and GVW restrictions, in addition to company carrier plan and health & safety
policies.
• Ability to work with various crews on different sites, demonstrate willingness to take and follow direction.
• Knowledge of the geographic area an asset.

Hourly rate will be based upon knowledge, skill and experience. Extended Health and Dental after 3 months and Group RRSP benefits available after successfully completing 6 months of employment.
