The Westin Bear Mountain Resort & Spa offers estate style gardening, surrounded by natural mountain views. The gardeners are responsible for maintaining and renovating all exterior garden beds, extensive pot arrangements, baskets and hard surfaces for the perimeter of the Hotel. As well as interior plant and flower arrangements, some event displays and holiday décor.

We are very focused on all views being maintained at a high service standard through all four seasons, so our guests can enjoy our grounds year-round. Horticulture experience is strongly advised, creativity is appreciated and a passion for gardening and beautiful spaces is a must.
This is a year-round, full-time position at 40 hours per week
