To get started, simply complete the form below and a City representative will follow up if any additional information is needed to finalize your posting. Once approved, volunteers will be able to view and apply directly to your organization through this online platform. Volunteer postings will automatically expire on the end date you provide. Prior to expiry, you will receive an email reminder with the option to extend your posting if the opportunity is still available. If your volunteer role is filled before the end date, please let us know and we will remove the posting on your behalf.

The City of Langford is making a plan to address housing challenges in the community. At the same time, the City is updating how it secures contributions from developers toward affordable housing and community amenities like recreational facilities, public plazas, libraries, and daycares so the requirements apply to all new development, and the rules match new provincial legislation. Langford community members are invited to share their perspectives on housing and community amenities by completing a short survey.
