For many years, Langford Fire Rescue (LFR) has prioritized the health and wellness of its members.
The Mental Resilience manual, developed by Lt. Brayden Osborn of the Dashwood Volunteer Fire Department, was originally introduced in 2020. It is a comprehensive program that provides guidance for all aspects of mental health and wellness.
We are grateful to Lt. Osborn for developing and sharing this. Please remember support is available and you are not alone. It’s okay to seek help at any time.
