The City of Langford (“The City”) is issuing this Negotiated Request for Proposal (“NRFP”) number NRFP-2026-0216, as procurement lead on behalf of the Municipalities (City of Langford and City of Colwood), seeking qualified and experienced waste management Contractor(s) or company(ies) for a Turnkey Service, Residential Curbside Waste Collection Program (“The Program”), as outlined in this NRFP. While paramount regard is given to schedule, quality, price, and previous experience, the City is seeking the best overall value and encourages Proponents to demonstrate their sustainability, social value, ethical standards, and local presence in accordance with the City’s Purchasing Policy POL-0185-FIN.
