Volunteer Opportunity

The West Shore Arts Council is looking for volunteers for its lantern festival: Light Up the Hills.
The festival will take place on Saturday, October 3 between the hours of 7:00 and 9:30 pm in Langford’s Westhills community.
We are looking for members of the community who are will to act as guides for the event.
You can volunteer for the entire event, or, for half the event — and take time to see the artists and their exhibits.

The West Shore Arts Council serves the residents of five communities: Langford, Colwood, View Royal, Metchosin and Highlands. The West Shore Arts Council is the lead advocate for public understanding of, participation in and appreciation of the arts, culture and heritage and their valuable contribution to a vibrant community. In addition to serving the population within our communities, we act as a conduit for information exchange between other arts groups, maximizing opportunities for our members.
