CHANGING PACES AND CAPITAL WEST AAC LAUNCH ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS TO ADDRESS BARRIERS TO ACCESSIBILITY

In collaboration with Capital West Accessibility Advisory Committee (AAC) including seven municipalities – Langford, Colwood, View Royal, Esquimalt, Highlands, Sooke, and Metchosin – Changing Paces is excited to announce a series of public engagement sessions designed to address barriers to accessibility within our communities. These sessions will gather valuable input from people with disabilities and accessibility advocates to improve accessibility in employment and service delivery domains. Here are the event details:

  • Event 3: July 22, 2024, 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM, City of Colwood, 3300 Wishart Rd, Victoria
  • Event 4: July 23, 2024, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Langford Legion, 761 Station Ave, Victoria
  • Event 5: July 25, 2024, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Twp of Esquimalt, Gorge Park Pavilion, 1070 Tillicum Rd, Victoria
  • Event 6: July 26, 2024, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, WorkBC Center Sooke, 2096 Church Rd, Sooke
